The purpose of the initial visit is to gather all of the vital information to determine if you are a candidate for chiropractic care.

We will request that you complete our paperwork which provides us information about your health history, health goals, any health challenges, and what brought you into our office. For your convenience, you can fill out and submit your form online prior to your first office visit.

After, the doctor will briefly explain our approach to health and chiropractic care. The doctor will then discuss the details of your health history and information from your paperwork. Upon your consent, we will then proceed with a complete chiropractic examination of your spine to detect any areas of spinal dysfunction. The exam will also consist of the following:

After gathering all of the vital information in your initial visit, the doctor will analyze and determine if you are a candidate for chiropractic care. You will return to the office for this second visit which is a ‘Report of Findings’ with the doctor. The doctor will summarize the findings from your initial visit and answer any questions including:

We will discuss whether or not you are a candidate for chiropractic care and if we can help you in our office as well as let you know if your condition requires care with other providers. You will also receive your findings and your functional movement results and information from your initial visit. If we can help you in our office, we will also provide you with our spinal care recommendations that are unique to you.
